For convenience, all of your library locations across Webster Parish offer exam proctoring for testing that cannot be completed on-site at education institutions. If you need a physical or online exam proctored, contact your local library to arrange a date and time for testing. Study rooms are available at your Minden and Springhill locations if requested and have access to electrical outlets. Upon completion of a physical exam, one of our librarians will submit your test to the appropriate point of contact. There is no charge for this service
Print virtually any document from your Internet connected computer or mobile devices to one of our printers at your Minden and Springhill library locations for pickup! You can send print jobs using the Webster Parish Libraries mobile app, or click here to submit your print job now. Jobs will be deleted after 24hrs. Note: More wireless printing service options will be available soon, so check back frequently for updates!
Interlibrary loan allows patrons to request and obtain materials not available at their local library. If the requested material is available at another library in Louisiana, that material will be shipped to your local library for you to pick up upon arrival. Materials can be requested from libraries of all types, including public, academic, special, school, business, learning resource center, and audiovisual centers. Any type of library material may be requested and the decision to fulfill the request is dependent upon the lending library. Make copies, send a fax, or scan to email a document at any library location within Webster Parish! Regardless of page size, single-sided black and white copies are 10 cents per page and single-sided color copies are $1.00 per page. Scanning to email or flash drive is 10 cents per page. Faxing is $1.00 per page and a cover page is provided if needed. Lamination service is available at your Doyline, Minden, and Springhill locations for 50 cents per page regardless of size. Your libraries are here to help you preserve those precious memories. With technology constantly evolving, those at home memories preserved on VHS will eventually be lost as players become inaccessible. Bring your tapes to your Minden or Springhill library branches for conversion to DVD or flash drive and hold on to those documented memories longer.
